Repaired Return - one of the shoulder straps had come away from the stitching and has been riveted onto the bag. This method was chose for strength as although you can see where the stitching has failed the strap will now stay attached to the bag. The other side has also been riveted to match. The inside lining of the front pouch has some glue marks from manufacture - see close up images.
